Who we need

• Fun, excited, engaged folks who can pick up specific responsibilities
• Folks who self identify as either “ideas and dreams people” or “get shit done” people — our org is a mixture of both!
• Folks with excellent communication skills who love working with others to achieve big things
• Folks who can consistently devote as little as a few hours a week (with flexibility, though—we all take holidays!).

Requirements

• Responsive communication via Slack
• Able to use Notion, Google Drive, and Slack
• Positive solutions-oriented attitude
• Stay in the role at least 3 months (for coordinators) or until the end of individual projects
• Willingness to learn and patience for a growing nonprofit
• Passion for creating, building, and breaking the mold

Once the team lead assesses you’re a good fit, you’ll be onboarded to our internal platforms.
